*busted out the vocab on this one, dooood*

I had this sketched for awhile, it was only recently that I decided to colour it in :b

*Inuibuki and ~AkumaMaou666 slept over one night and we had like.. this uber Avatar marathon because Loren's never seen the entire series in it's chronological order. We only got through Season 1 (which is good, because the good shit starts up in Season 2,) but I think that was enough to help me opt to colour this xD

So yeah, it's Princess Ursa and Azula--this is probably the scene that took place after Ursa is seen dragging Azula away in "Zuko Alone" xD That ep is so awsomz.

LOVE FOR URSA PLZ Fire Nation ftw.

Nicely done. :D What exactly is taciturn? Is that some sort of child's play or some kind of punishment? Love the shading and the lighting. :)

Taciturn is (though isn't really much of a definition...) used often to describe one's own quietness and alienation. You're 'taciturn' if you don't speak up a lot, or voice yourself.

Huh. Last I checked, Azula wasn't always the quite one... more of the insane one. But anyways, interesting.

Azula has the EXACT face my cat pulls when I'm telling her off - "I might be smaller than you but I'm twice as mean. You just wait."

My bad screen is making some of the pic too dark (but that's my screen). I gotta say, I absolutely love Azula's expression- very subtle. Ursa seems both authoritative and caring. Nice colouring (wish my screen was better to better appreciate it)- very nicely done.
